The data we collect is used for the following purposes:
- Payment Processing: Personal data is shared with Stripe for handling payments securely.
- Project Tracking and Delivery: We use your data to track project progress, communicate updates, and deliver completed work.
- Marketing: If you opt-in to receive marketing materials, we may use your contact information for promotional communications.
- Targeted Advertising: We use data for targeted ads on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook).

We take security seriously and protect your data using encryption and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Client data is retained for 5 years after project completion. Non-client data (e.g., from contact forms) is retained for 3 years before being deleted.

We work with third-party services, including Slack, Airtable, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Stripe, to process data securely. Where possible, data is stored within the UK or EU, but may also be transferred to the US if required by service providers.

As a UK-based business, all applicable data protection rights under UK law apply, including the right to:
- Request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
