Welcome to ShiftClick Automate! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services or making a purchase on our website.

 

1. Business Location

ShiftClick Automate operates from the United Kingdom. All services provided are subject to UK laws and regulations.

 

2. Subscription Services

ShiftClick Automate offers two types of subscription plans:

  • Monthly Recurring Subscription: Clients are billed monthly. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Quarterly Recurring Subscription: Clients are billed every three months, receiving a discount for committing to this period. Cancellations can only be made at the end of the current three-month term, and no refunds are provided for unused time within the term.

 

Unlimited Projects: Subscription packages come with access to unlimited project requests, communication via Slack, and weekly project calls. However, project timelines are subject to availability, and delivery times will be provided on a project-by-project basis, depending on complexity and resources.

 

3. Ad-Hoc Project Pricing

For clients opting for ad-hoc project services:

  • A project’s cost will be quoted based on the estimated number of hours required.
  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
  • If the scope of the project changes or additional requests are made by the client, additional fees may apply.
  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery, and the project will only be released once full payment is made.
  • Failure to pay the balance within seven days of project readiness will result in project cancellation. A £100 release fee will apply to access the completed project files after cancellation.

 

4. Payment Methods and Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. Payments for subscriptions are collected upfront. If a recurring payment fails and is not resolved within seven days, the subscription will be cancelled. For ad-hoc projects, the final balance must be paid upon delivery. Failure to pay within seven days of the project being ready for delivery may result in cancellation and a £100 fee to regain access to the project results.

 

5. Refund Policy

At ShiftClick Automate, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services. For both subscription and ad-hoc projects, we will continue to work until the client is satisfied. However, if it becomes clear that the deliverables cannot meet the client’s expectations or requirements, we may negotiate a partial or full refund.

 

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon successful completion and delivery of a project, full rights to the project materials are transferred to the client. ShiftClick Automate retains the right to use anonymised details of the project for case studies and marketing purposes.

For downloadable products (such as AI Assistant Templates), clients are authorised to modify the content for personal use but may not resell or redistribute the materials in any form.

 

7. Project Turnaround and Availability

While subscription services provide unlimited project requests, each project will have an individually assigned timeline based on the scope and complexity. Some projects may take days, while others may take months. ShiftClick Automate will communicate the expected delivery times for each project. Due to the nature of this type of work, deadlines may change and vary. Deliverability will also depend on the client providing required information, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client.

 

8. Digital Products

All digital products available on the ShiftClick Automate website, including AI Assistant Templates, are sold for personal use only. Clients are free to modify these products for internal purposes, but resale or redistribution of the products is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Communication

Most communication for projects and subscriptions will be conducted asynchronously through Slack. Weekly project calls are available as part of the subscription packages to address questions, brainstorm, or discuss project progress.

 

10. Changes to the Terms

ShiftClick Automate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
